" VisitorSense Terms "
VisitorSense Non Transferable Resell Rights (also called Basic Resell Rights License) :
1) You will receive a PDF file with the following terms upon receipt of your payment. You must keep it in a safe place and you should be able to produce it upon request.
2) The VisitorSense Videos cannot be given away, nor sold on auction sites.
3) You cannot claim copyright to the videos, nor remove any reference to the original copyright holder (JP Schoeffel). You are granted a Non Transferable Resell Rights License.
4) You can edit the sales letter to insert your name and signature, edit your price and set up your payment link. No other editing is allowed. Especially, removing the copyright notice and reference of JP Schoeffel in the "from:..." and in the signature is prohibited, as well as reference to Ethiccash.com should remain (you can change the link to include your affiliate ID to ethiccash.com)
5) You can sell the Videos as
- a stand alone product for any price you want and keep 100% of the profits. However, to protect your investment, I suggest you do not sell them for a lower price than the minimum price of $47. I reserve the right to unilaterally revoke the license of someone dumping the price
- as a bonus to a paid product, as long as the product is sold for a minimum price of $47
- part of a membership, as long as the monthly fees equals at least $47
You are not forced to comply with the "Suggested Prices" (SPs) above ; however I set a standard selling price for each license distributed and ask you to adopt this price (or more). This helps maintain the value of the videos for the benefit of all customers.
6) You cannot
- package the Videos with any other products to create a Resell Right package or Firesale.
- modify the content of the offer (10 videos + 4 bonus videos)
7) You cannot sell Resell Rights. Your customers will only access the videos, and they won't be allowed to sell them, in turn.
8) You will have to set up the sales page (including editing of your name, payment link, price), and to add the provided instructions to your thank you page. I won't do it for you
9) You cannot bypass the instructions provided for the thank you page. Your customers will have to follow these instructions. Member's area is hosted on my servers and operated by me. All you need to do is advertise and profit.
10) Any violation of this agreement will lead to a revoking of the license without any refund. Any disputes or terms not discussed here are at the sole discretion of JP Schoeffel.
The license is NON Refundable.

Part A : Concerning the Videos (The following also applies to those who get a MRR License to the CD Version)
2) The VisitorSense Videos cannot be given away, nor sold on auction sites.

Part B : Concerning Resell Rights (The following also applies to those who get a MRR License to the CD Version)
You can choose to simply sell Resell Rights. In this case, your customers will be allowed to sell the Videos. In this case, you will provide instructions so that they can claim their reseller's package. You must not bypass the instructions provided within your Master Reseller's package. In no way will you transmit the reseller's package by yourself. All is hanlded by our service (Visitorsense.com)
9) Resell Rights and Master Resell Rights MUST be sold as standalone products. They cannot be packaged with any other product. They cannot be used as a bonus, nor added to a paid product or to a paid membership. You can add your own bonus when selling the rights to the videos
10) When selling Master Resell Rights, you will simply display the instructions on your thank you page, so that your customer can, in turn, claim the Master Reseller's package. You don't have to distribute this package (unless you're selling the physical CD version of the Videos. In such case, you need to arrange things on your end to process order and delivery of the videos).

11) Sales letter : You cannot remove my name, nor my copyright from the sales letter. You cannot edit it apart from putting your name next to mine and editing the price. NO sales letter is provided to sell the physical CD version of the Videos. You can use part of the "online MRR license" sales letter, BUT must keep my name and copyright unchanged.
